The client previously faced challenges using SalesForce, so we seamlessly migrated their processes to Zoho for improved efficiency and scalability. Their workflow process was quite complex. Problems Faced:
Their processes involved complex workflows related to supplying raw materials to their U.S.-based company, and later, they used to send the final product after processing to our clients. They also had problems sending samples for approval and so on. Earlier, they were using SalesForce where they were facing multiple challenges, so we seamlessly migrated them to Zoho.
