We build custom applications in Zoho Creator — partner portals, field technician mobile apps, client self-service portals, and complex approval workflows — all integrated with your existing Zoho CRM, Projects, and Inventory. Including the Zoho ↔ KeyPay Marketplace extension we built and published for 30+ AU/NZ businesses.
Standard Zoho products cover most operations well. Creator handles the gaps — the specific workflows and external-facing experiences that off-the-shelf products can't cover.
You have a partner network that needs to submit deals, check commission status, see their pipeline, and upload documents — but giving them full Zoho CRM access isn't appropriate. A Creator partner portal gives them exactly what they need to see and do, connected to your CRM, with no access to anything else.
Site surveys, installation checklists, inspection sign-offs — documented on paper or over WhatsApp because field staff don't work from desktops. A Creator mobile app gives field technicians a proper mobile interface that updates CRM and Projects in real time, from the field, on any device.
Approval chains that involve multiple people, conditional routing, document upload, external sign-off, and integration with financial systems — these don't fit neatly into standard Zoho workflow tools. Creator handles complex multi-step processes with conditional logic at every stage.
Clients wanting to check project status, view invoices, download documents, or raise requests — without needing to email someone. A Creator client portal gives clients exactly the right view of their data, styled to look like your product, connected to your live CRM and Projects records.
You have an integration between Zoho and another platform that other Zoho customers would also benefit from. We've built and published on the Zoho Marketplace — the KeyPay extension used by 30+ AU/NZ businesses. We know the submission process, the technical requirements, and how to build something marketplace-ready.
50+ field capture workflows, conditional forms that adapt based on earlier answers, data that belongs in a relational structure rather than flat CRM fields — Creator handles complex data requirements that Zoho CRM's standard module structure can't accommodate cleanly.
Every application we build in Creator is connected to your core Zoho products — no isolated apps, no duplicate data entry.
External-facing portals for your partner or dealer network — branded to look like your platform, showing only the data each partner should see. Deal submission, pipeline visibility, commission tracking, document upload. All actions sync to Zoho CRM instantly. Different access levels per partner role — Admin sees all agents, Sales Rep sees only own deals. Our solar US deployment had two distinct partner portal types built this way.
Purpose-built mobile applications for field staff — site survey forms, installation checklists, photo upload, GPS location capture, milestone sign-off. Designed for use in the field on a phone or tablet. Every form submission and sign-off updates Zoho Projects and CRM in real time. For the solar US deployment we built a 30+ field site survey app that captured specification data directly into the project record.
Client-facing portals giving customers visibility of their own projects, invoices, documents, and support tickets — without full Zoho access. Clients see what's relevant to them, styled as your brand, connected live to CRM and Projects. Raise requests directly through the portal. Milestone approvals completed in the portal trigger payment automation in Zoho Books.
Complex approval processes that involve multiple approvers, conditional routing, document review, external sign-off, and integration with financial systems. A purchase order approval that routes differently based on value and department. A contract approval that requires legal review above a threshold. An installation sign-off that triggers payment and inventory deduction simultaneously.
We have published on the Zoho Marketplace — the KeyPay integration extension for Australian and New Zealand businesses, now used by 30+ companies. We know the Zoho Marketplace submission requirements, technical architecture for marketplace extensions, and what it takes to build something that passes review. Zoho approached us to expand the KeyPay extension to Singapore and UK markets — ongoing.
When your data requirements are more complex than standard CRM fields handle well — conditional forms that adapt based on earlier answers, relational data structures, 50+ field capture workflows, calculated fields and business logic embedded in the form. We built the 50+ field solar qualification form as a Creator application connected directly to the CRM deal record.
The solar US deployment is our most complex Creator reference. The KeyPay Marketplace extension is our most published one.
The solar US deployment required four separate Creator applications for five distinct user types — each with different data access, different capabilities, and different integration requirements. The standard Zoho products (CRM, Projects, Inventory) handled the core data. Creator handled the external-facing and field-facing experiences that needed to look and function differently for each role. All four apps write to and read from the same underlying Zoho data model — no duplication, no separate systems.
KeyPay is the leading payroll platform in Australia and New Zealand. Zoho Payroll doesn't operate in these markets. Every AU/NZ business using Zoho People was manually re-entering employee data, leave balances, and attendance into KeyPay every pay cycle. We identified the pattern across multiple clients and built a Zoho Marketplace extension that eliminates the problem entirely. Published on the Zoho Marketplace, the extension now has 30+ active AU/NZ business users. Following this, Zoho Corp approached Infomaze to build equivalent extensions for the Singapore and UK payroll markets.
A UK obesity treatment centre needed a structured clinical workflow — inbound leads progressing through deal stages with clinical qualification questions, therapist scheduling once a patient was accepted, and a therapist-facing portal where clinicians could log in and see their daily patient schedule. The standard Zoho CRM handled the pipeline and deal stages. A Creator portal handled the therapist-facing view — something that needed to be simple, clinical in appearance, and show each therapist only their own scheduled patients for the day.
A UK travel agency specialising in pilgrimage trips worked with a network of agents who needed to submit bookings, check availability, and track their clients' trip status — without having access to the agency's internal Zoho CRM. We built a Creator portal for the agent network: trip availability calendar, booking submission form, client status tracker, and commission statement. All bookings submitted through the portal created CRM deals automatically and flowed into the agency's fulfilment process without any manual processing.
Every Creator application we build is integrated with your core Zoho products from day one. Partner portal actions update CRM. Field tech sign-offs update Projects. Install partner approvals trigger payment in Books. No isolated apps, no duplicate entry, no manual syncing.
The KeyPay extension is live, used by 30+ businesses, and maintained by Infomaze. Building for the Marketplace requires specific technical patterns and submission compliance. We've done it — and Zoho trusted us to expand it.
Zoho Creator is a low-code platform, but complex applications require serious engineering discipline — data modelling, security, performance at scale, maintainability. We apply the same engineering standards to Creator builds as to any bespoke software project.
Four Creator apps, five user types, fully integrated with CRM, Projects, and Inventory — operational across the US. If you want to understand what Creator can do at full complexity, the solar case study is the answer.
NDA before day one. ISO 27001. We scope the Creator build precisely before committing to a price.
Requirements documented and agreed before a single line of Creator code is written.
We document every user type, data requirement, integration point, and business rule before any build begins. No ambiguity in scope.

Partners need to submit deals. Field technicians need to complete site surveys. Install partners need to sign off installations. None of them should have internal CRM access — but they all need to interact with the same underlying data. Creator is the answer.
Multi-step approval chains with conditional routing, external sign-off requirements, integration with financial systems, 50+ field capture forms. These requirements exceed what Zoho's built-in workflow tools handle cleanly. Creator is built for this.
You have an integration between Zoho and another platform that other Zoho customers would benefit from. We've built and published on the Zoho Marketplace — we know the technical requirements and submission process. Zoho trusted us to expand our published extension to new markets.
