A subscription services company ran a customer loyalty programme across several WIX websites. Points were accumulated when customers subscribed or made qualifying purchases. The collection process was entirely manual — a staff member would log into each website, export data, cross-reference subscriptions, calculate points, and update customer records. Weekly batch process. Errors were common. Customers disputed redemptions because records didn't match. Trust was eroding.

We built a custom integration connecting all WIX subscription forms to Zoho Subscriptions via a secure API layer. When a customer subscribes or makes a qualifying purchase on any website, the event is captured instantly, points are calculated according to the loyalty programme rules, and the customer's balance is updated in real time.
