Industrial Automation & AI Software Solutions
Your ERP may be working.
Your project management platform may be working.
Your engineering systems may be working.
But the processes between them often still run through spreadsheets, emails, manual data entry and ageing custom applications. Infomaze modernises that operational layer with custom software, system integration, workflow automation, data platforms and practical AI, without replacing everything that already works.

The biggest digital gaps often sit between your core systems
Industrial organisations rarely run on one application. A typical environment holds most of these, each bought or built at a different time for a different team.
ERP
Core business operations.
CRM
Customer and sales management.
Project management
Projects, tasks and delivery.
Engineering software
Designs and technical workflows.
Procurement
Purchasing and supplier processes.
Finance
Costs, accounts and transactions.
Maintenance platforms
Assets, service and maintenance.
Custom applications
Business-specific software.
Spreadsheets
Manual tracking and reporting.
Email-based processes
Approvals, updates and hand-offs.
Each system may work well alone. The trouble is at the hand-offs: a quote approved in one place and retyped in another, a purchase order chased by email, a job status that lives in one person's spreadsheet. The challenge is making the whole operation work seamlessly. Infomaze helps close those gaps.

Infomaze digital operations layer
Connect. Automate. Extend.
Business operations
Smarter systems. Better decisions. Greater efficiency.
We do not begin by asking you to replace your technology stack. We first identify the manual processes, disconnected workflows and data gaps around it. Then we decide whether the right solution is integration, automation, modernisation, a custom application or AI.
What we build and connect
Custom operational applications
Standard ERP software cannot accommodate every specialised business process. We design and build applications around the workflows that differentiate your business. We have run our own field-service platform for two decades, so scheduling and work-order problems are familiar ground.
System integration
ERP, CRM, finance, project, procurement and engineering systems connected through REST and SOAP APIs, webhooks, database and file interfaces, so a record is entered once.
Workflow automation
Approvals, purchase requests, change orders and service requests move by rule instead of by email. People keep the decisions; the chasing and re-keying is handled.
Data platforms and reporting
One reliable view of orders, jobs, costs and quality, drawn from the systems that hold them, with dashboards managers trust because the numbers match the floor.
Legacy modernisation
Stabilise an ageing application, give it a modern API and, where it makes sense, rebuild it in stages while the business keeps running on it.
Practical AI
Reading supplier invoices and specifications, classifying requests, answering questions from technical documents and flagging unusual figures, with permissions and human approval built in.
Mobile and field apps
Technicians, site engineers and inspectors capture jobs, photos, checklists and sign-offs on a phone, and the data reaches the office systems without retyping.
Integration, automation, a custom app or AI?
| Decision criteria | Integration | Workflow automation | Custom application | AI |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Use it when | The same data is typed into two systems | Work waits on emails and manual approvals | No existing software fits the process | The work is reading, sorting or summarising information |
| Example | Approved CRM quote becomes an ERP sales order | Purchase request routes for approval and updates finance | Estimating tool built around your pricing rules | Supplier invoices read and matched to purchase orders |
| Needs first | Systems with an API, database or file interface | A defined process and owners | Clear workflow and users | Clean, connected data |
| Typical result | Single entry, fewer errors | Faster turnaround, less chasing | Process fits the business | Less manual reading and checking |
From a messy process to working software
- 01
Map
Trace one real process end to end, such as quote to order or work order to invoice, and note every system, spreadsheet and email it touches.
- 02
Recommend
Each gap gets the lightest fix that works: integrate, automate, modernise, build or apply AI, in the order that pays back fastest.
- 03
Build
Release the smallest useful version to real users early, so their feedback shapes what comes next.
- 04
Run and improve
Testing, security, monitoring and deployment are part of delivery. Real usage then decides what to extend.
Engagements run under NDA from the first conversation, with delivery following our ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001 certified processes.
Industries and operations we work with
Manufacturing
Quoting, production tracking, quality records and ERP/MES data that finally agree with each other.
Engineering firms
Project, resource and document workflows that connect design teams with estimating and finance.
Field service
Scheduling, work orders, technician apps and invoicing tied into one flow.
Oil, gas and heavy industry
A critical application needs to evolve without an immediate full replacement.
Print and packaging
Estimating, job tracking and customer portals for make-to-order production.
Project-based businesses
Procurement, cost control and delivery tracking across long-running jobs.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do we have to replace our ERP to modernise industrial operations?
+
No. In most cases the ERP is not the problem. The gaps sit in the processes around it: re-keyed data, spreadsheet hand-offs and email approvals. We connect, automate or extend the systems you already run, and only recommend replacement when a system genuinely cannot support the process.
What is the difference between system integration and workflow automation?
+
System integration moves data between applications, for example sending an approved quote from CRM into ERP as a sales order. Workflow automation controls what happens to that data: who approves it, what is checked, what is triggered next. Most industrial projects need both.
Where does AI actually help in manufacturing and field service?
+
AI works best on unstructured, repetitive information work: reading supplier invoices and drawings, classifying service requests, answering questions from technical documentation, flagging unusual quality or cost data, and drafting reports. It is far less useful when the underlying data is scattered across disconnected systems, which is why we usually fix integration first.
Can you work with legacy and custom-built applications?
+
Yes. We regularly work with older .NET, PHP and Classic ASP applications and with databases that have no documented API. Options range from wrapping the application with a modern API, to rebuilding it in stages while it stays in use.
Which industrial systems do you integrate with?
+
ERP, CRM, project and job management, procurement, finance and accounting, maintenance and asset platforms, engineering tools and bespoke applications. Where a system exposes REST, SOAP, database or file-based interfaces we can work with it. Where it does not, we assess the safest alternative.
How does an engagement usually start?
+
With a short discovery session in which we map one or two processes end to end: the systems involved, where data is re-entered and where delays occur. You get a prioritised list of fixes and a recommendation on whether each needs integration, automation, a custom application or AI, before any development commitment.
Do you work with companies outside India?
+
Yes. Infomaze Elite is based in Mysore, India, with more than 23 years of software engineering experience, and works with clients remotely and on a hybrid basis across time zones. Engagements run under NDA, and our delivery follows ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001 certified processes.
Start with the process that costs you the most time
Tell us which systems are involved and where the manual work happens. We will say honestly whether integration, automation, a custom application or AI is the right first step.
