Rather than juggling multiple steps, the system could convert an estimate directly to an invoice, helping reduce manual data entry and automate stock level reduction once the invoice is paid.
The stock levels can be automatically modified when the estimate is approved and the hardware is reserved for the project by customizing the API.
The inventory system initiates the purchase orders if more hardware is out-of-stock and needs to be ordered.
By using supplier integrations, API pulls, or Zoho Inventory API integration, hardware delivery status can be monitored, allowing the client to track expected delivery dates.
